I bring a broad business background from managing global organisations in IT and Finance for a Fortune 500 company, leading major change programmes, as a Non Executive Director and as an active Management Consultant; this enables me to relate to senior leaders from “doing the job” and to quickly pick up on your circumstances and pressures.
The upside (or downside) of this is that I will “call it”, if you are ducking the real issues I will step in and challenge, then help to build a way forward. I started work in the Automotive sector with GKN. After 9 years I moved into the Packaging sector working for Sealed Air starting as a Project Manager and finishing after 20 years as VP Information Services (CIO) for the group. Over the period I managed the Global Business Services group, Chaired the European Leadership Team and drove major corporate change programmes including the integration of Finance following a major acquisition and major profit optimisation programmes.
Over the last three years I have trained and certified as a Coach, alongside being an independent consultant and Non-Executive Director/part owner of Africa Exclusive Ltd. Through my consulting work I also took on Interim Operations Director for Accraply Europe, working to stabilise the business and bring back to profit.
My business experience brings context to my Leadership Coaching, allowing me understand my clients situations, driving change through Leader to Leader Coaching.

Our initial session will focus on what you are trying to achieve and establish whether we fit together as coach and client.
Discovery
A deep dive into understanding where your start point is. The aim of the session is build relationship and understanding of your needs in all aspects of your life.
Coaching
Each coaching session will open with where you want to focus, you are in control. Through the sessions we will work together to explore and facilitate change. Sessions will often close with agreed "homework", which normally becomes very evident as we work.
